To make an impact you need a clear strategy and an aligned team who are committed to the mission. With big aspirations to maximise our impact this year, we engaged with OKR Quickstart to run a strategy offsite for the King Wood & Mallesons Community Impact team.

In the lead up, OKR Quickstart worked with us closely to structure the day for maximum engagement with clear actionable outcomes. The strategy day was intense and energy filled, producing a clear and high impact plan to drive our strategy, one that everyone was passionate about.
